Artist statement

Allie Joy is a UK-based transdisciplinary artist whose practice explores the dynamic intersections between inner and outer landscapes. Employing a diverse range of creative technologies—including video, 3D printing, 360° film, and projection—Allie makes the invisible visible, giving form to abstract states of wellbeing, intuition, and emotional insight.

Most recently, her work has focused on creating healing rituals, immersive spaces, and systems through the art of map making.

Her practice merges contemporary tools with ancient themes, asking how we might navigate the unknown and reconnect with ourselves through immersive, sensory experiences.

Allie is also the co-founder of Syntropy, a wellbeing app that combines digital art and music to support breathwork, meditation, and emotional regulation. Head over to Syntropy to read more about it!

Allie has created an online course called Routes, a guided map-making journey designed to support people during times of personal or creative transition.
