    I’m an experienced tutor and workshop facilitator.🌻

    I’ve led a variety of different creative workshops ranging from creating digital zines in schools, collaborative painting with young children in a forest, creating 3d printed soundwaves in hospices, and leading regular virtual reality and 360 film workshops.

    I’m also a HeartMath® Certified Coach🤍

    This means I am highly skilled in empowering people to develop mental, physical, emotional and behavioural self-awareness and in coaching people in the HeartMath coherence self-regulation techniques.
